Admission Process

1. Check Admission Guidelines

Download the Admission Guidelines for your country.
The Guidelines provide detailed information on admission eligibilities, procedures, assessment, required documents, tuition fees, and so on.
* The documents to be submitted may vary by nationality. Please make sure to send an e-mail to the person responsible for your country before applying.

2. Complete and Submit the Application

Please submit the application and other required documents in original by mail.
* We do not accept documents via e-mail.
* Documents you have already submitted will not be returned for any reason.
* If there is only one original, please make a photocopy of the original and have the copy notarized or apostilled by the Korean consulate.

3. Screening

Screening will take approximately two to three weeks.

  • We do not notify you when mail arrives. Therefore, please track your mail to check if it has arrived.

Get Notified of the Result (via E-mail)

  • You may be asked to submit additional documents during the screening period.
  • We will not notify the application status before the screening is completed.
  • The results will be notified via e-mail, and we will send an invoice to those who are admitted.

5. Receive Invoice

We will send an invoice once your application has been processed. After receiving the invoice, please pay the tuition fee,
including the registration fee.

6. Pay Tuition Fees

For D-4-1 visa applicants, we will issue a certificate of admission after confirming your tuition and fee payment (it may take more than a week).

★ To qualify for a D4 visa, one must meet the following conditions

    • 1Paid tuition for at least two semesters
    • 2Paid tuition for four semesters, if you live in countries where 4-semester enrollment is mandatory

7. Apply for a Visa

Once your application has been processed, you can apply for a visa with the certificate of admission issued by the university.

8. Entrance

Once the visa is issued, enter Korea and notify the person in charge about your entry.
